Stuff About Me

MGP Website Headshot - Seneca Jones-1 - UpdatedHi, I’m Seneca Jones! (Pronounced ‘Sen-uh-ka’)  Thank you for stopping by MaddieGracePhotography.com.  I am a luxury lifestyle photographer.  More about what a lifestyle photographer is in just a minute.

Let me start off by stating that I’m an emotional guy.  I do not believe that I am overly sensitive, but I am very much connected to how I feel.  It’s no secret that the world of media invokes some pretty strong emotion in all of us…Especially Photographs.

Don’t you love going through your parents old photo albums from when you were younger?  I sure do.  How about seeing an old photo of yourself or family member that you have never seen before?  Instantly, you are reminded of smells, mental images and perhaps popular songs from that time in your life.  Ah, MEMORIES!

Funny thing is, I rarely feel those emotions when I look at our traditional family portraits.  However, I am moved by photos that are no more than simple snapshots in our home, at a picnic or some random event or family function.  Why?  Because they provide a glimpse into our Real Life experiences.

I aim to provide my clients with that same experience so that they too, can have high quality, custom images that tell a story about their Life, accentuated by their own personal Style.  Essentially, your Lifestyle!  Got some questions?  Email me at Seneca@MaddieGracePhotography.com or give me a call at 469.774.6366.

Extra Stuff About Me:

My wife, Tess and I live in Denton, Texas.  I married my prom date and we have been married for 16 years.  We are the parents of two very busy children.

I love listening to R&B and Soft Rock from the late 70’s and 80’s.  I have this crazy love for sad songs although I’ve never truly had my heart broken.

When it comes to movies, I’m a typical guy….action is king.  However, I’m a sucker for a funny comedy or sappy love story.  I enjoy anything from Fight Club to Steel Magnolias.  Consequently, because we live with two little people (the kiddos) we spend an ample amount of time watching Disney and Nick Jr.  (If I watch another episode of Dora, my head will explode)

My biggest passion, which is greater than photography, is loving people and the pursuit of selflessness.  Why?  Because people really matter.
